The RCMP advise the public that there will be police training taking place from April 12 to April 17 in the #Oromocto region. There will be an increased police presence on Mackenzie Avenue and near the end of Waasis Road in Oromocto as part of this training. Residents may also hear loud popping noises that sound like gunfire – these will be blank training cartridges and there is no risk to the public. The RCMP would like to thank the public for their cooperation during this time.
