Please be advised that there will be a Public Hearing of Written Objections for Proposed By-Laws 522-I and 522-J, A By-Law to Amend the Zoning By-Law for the Town of Oromocto, on Tuesday 17 June 2025 at 5:30 pm.
Proposed By-Law 522-I also requires an amendment to the Town of Oromocto Municipal Plan By-Law. Proposed By-law 510-E, which redesignates the property shown from Park and Open Space to Local Commercial.
Proposed By-Law 522-J also requires an amendment to the Town of Oromocto Municipal Plan By-Law. Proposed By-Law 510-F, which redesignates the property shown from Institutional to Residential-Low Density.
In advance of the hearing, any person interested in reviewing the proposed by-laws may contact the Planning and Compliance Office Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) or review them on the Town’s website here.
Any written objections to the proposed by-laws will be received until 12:00 noon 17 June 2025.
All interested residents of the Town are invited to attend the Public Hearing.
