Residents of the Town of Oromocto are hereby advised that a Public Hearing of Written Objections will be held in the Council Chambers at the Oromocto Municipal Building, 4 Doyle Drive, Oromocto, NB on 17 March 2020 at 5:30 pm.
The purpose of this presentation is to allow persons who wish to speak for or against any written objections of Proposed Zoning By-Law 522-C. After a general review of the by-law, some items were updated to remain current with new regulatory requirements and to be more flexible in certain scenarios dealing with parking and flags.
In advance of the hearing, any person interested in reviewing the proposed by-laws may contact the Planning and Compliance Office Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:30 pm) or review it on the Town’s website at www.oromocto.ca.
Any written objections to the proposed by-laws will be received by the undersigned until 12:00 noon 17 March. All interested residents of the Town are invited to attend the Public Hearing.
