IMPORTANT NOTICE - FOR YOUR INFORMATION
GDG Environnement has been given the mandate to control biting insects in Oromocto. To carry out our work, a helicopter will be used to treat certain wooded areas and swamps. The product used is Bacillus thuringiensis (Bti), which is safe for fauna, flora, and humans.
The firm holds all required permits from the New Brunswick Ministry (Department of Environment and Local Government) and Transport Canada, as well as the necessary authorizations from the Town.
They are planning to conduct the helicopter spraying operations around May 4th, or in the following days, depending on weather conditions.
