The Planning and Compliance Branch is responsible for community planning and development; technical matters and data; building permits and inspection; and by-law enforcement. The Planning and Compliance Branch has evolved to be a model system envied by many other municipalities with its state of the art technology and outstanding records system.

The current level of services provided by the Planning and Compliance Branch is a result of having built solid relationships with property owners, contractors, engineering firms, other government departments and especially Canadian Forces Base Gagetown. The success of the Planning and Compliance Branch is attributable to the coordination of tasks between the Branch and the Chief Administrative Officer/Clerk’s Office.

The Planning and Compliance Branch is able to provide citizens and contractors with prompt and efficient service due to the resources that the department has at its disposal.

Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
