PUBLIC NOTICE
HEARING OF WRITTEN OBJECTIONS OF
PROPOSED BY-LAW 402-D, A BY-LAW TO
AMEND THE ZONING BY-LAW
Residents are hereby advised that a Public Hearing of Written Objections will be held in the Council Chambers at the Oromocto Municipal Building, 4 Doyle Drive, Oromocto NB on 20 March 2012 at 4:45 pm
The purpose of this by-law is to rezone the property located at 138 Winnebago Street to accommodate a law office.
A copy of the by-law may be viewed at the Planning and Compliance Office Monday to Friday (8:30 am—4:30 pm) or on the Town’s website at www.oromocto.ca. Written objections to the proposed by-law will be received until 12 Noon on 20 March 2012. All residents are invited to attend the public meeting.
